Registration

All specialists in the area of orthodontics and related multidisciplinary sciences are welcome to take part in the summer event. Registration is based on the following two categories, depending on whether you would like to join it as a contestant, presenting your case, or as an attendee, supporting the young generation and willing to have a great time with other colleagues.

The following participation categories apply while registering:

• Contestant: student, resident, PhD student or young doctor within 5-year practice after graduation.
• Attendee: student, resident or practicing doctor, not taking part in the contest.

Registration fees in EUR including VAT:

* BSCOSO will be offering 20 complimentary tickets for contestants from Ukraine. Each participant is able to donate a ticket or two for his or her Ukrainian colleague. We all wish for a better future and career opportunities to specialists from Ukraine. 

Registration fee includes:

• Transportation from Vilnius to Trakai and back
• Full board catering (11-12 July)
• Social activities organized by BSCOSO Team (10-12 July)
• Event material

*Please note that registration to the summer event does not include your accommodation, which must be booked separately. Accommodation options and reservation details will be available soon at www.bscoso.com.

Criteria for contestants:

• Status: student, resident, PhD student or young doctor within 5-year practice after graduation.
• Application: registration form including self-presenting video up to 1 min length (to be uploaded at the registration form or sent separately at learn@bscoso.com). Video should include:
• Short personal introduction
• Short case description, you are going to present at the contest
• What do you expect from this event?

*Number of case presentations to be presented: up to 2.

Important! Please indicate the delegate’s full name, surname and invoice number in the subject of the bank transfer. The payment can be made on behalf of the participant, however do not forget to indicate the name and surname of the participant who will be attending the summer event.

Refunds and cancellations, alterations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to event secretariat at learn@bscoso.com and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations received by 1 June 2022 – full refund available with 10% administrative fee deducted.
• Cancellations received from 1 June 2022 until 20 June 2022 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
• Registrations cancelled after 20 June 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
