Registration

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Attendance at BSCOSO courses is prohibited for doctors from Russia and from the countries that support the invasion of Ukraine. If you are from those countries and wish to attend our training, you must send us a letter strongly condemning Putin’s aggression and his soldiers to the people of Ukraine.

IMPORTANT! Please note that live (in person) participation will only be possible having a proof of COVID-19 vaccine. More detailed information and safety regulations will be announced closer to the event.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION

All Course lectures will be live streamed online and video recordings available for 2 weeks after the Course. Please choose the ticket of online participation if you are not considering live participation at the physical event in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will receive the log in details to online event a few days before the Course starts. If you would like to replace your online participation to a live event, early, regular or late/onsite registration fee will be applied according to your registration date and number of tickets left. Please note that in-person participation is only possible with your vaccine pass.

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION 

All registration types except online are valid for in-person (live) participation at the Course, which will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania. If, for any reason, you would like to replace your physical participation to online, your registration remains valid. However, no refund will be made for the difference in registration prices. If you are not able to come to a live event, please choose online participation ticket instead. Please also note, that all participants will be required to specify their participation format 2 weeks before the event starting date.

Important! Please indicate the delegate’s full name, surname and invoice number in the subject of the bank transfer. The payment can be made on behalf of the participant, however do not forget to indicate the name and surname of the participant who will be attending the Course.

Refunds and cancellations, alterations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to Course secretariat at learn@bscoso.com and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations received by 1 April 2022 – full refund available with 10% administrative fee deducted.
• Cancellations received from 2 April 2022 until 8 June 2022 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
• Registrations cancelled from 9 June 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
