Abstract Submission

*We are primarily interested in receiving submissions on the best practices and techniques related to orthodontics, orthognathic surgery, and TMJ management, among the above-mentioned categories. However other topics are also accepted and will be considered by the Scientific Committee. 

Requirements for presentations

1. Submit your abstract in English language as MS Word document.
2. Use UPPER CASE letters for the title.
3. List all authors and co-authors, with the presenter’s name first (family name, first name, institution, country).
4. Maximum of 2 abstracts per person can be submitted.
5. Include keywords for your contribution.
6. Structure your abstract: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, maximum of two references.
7. Limit the body of the abstract to 400 words (excluding title and author names).
8. Use single spacing and do not exceed one page of A4.
9. It is the author’s responsibility to submit technically and grammatically correct abstract. No revision or corrections will be made by the Organizers.

Submission procedure and deadlines

1. All abstracts should be submitted by September 1, 2023. No abstracts and any corrections will be accepted after this date.
2. Abstract should be sent by e-mail as WORD document to learn@bscoso.com
3. Together with abstract submission the main author is required to register for the conference using the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Registration payment will be required after notification of abstract acceptance.
4. Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be sent by September 15, 2023.  After this date all presenting authors will be required to make registration payment to the conference.
5. In total up to 15 oral presentations will be accepted for the conference.
6. Duration of accepted oral papers: 7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for questions and exchange with the audience.
